The Final speech to SMK Pak Badol teachers and students.

My final day as a government officer and as a teacher as well. The send off ceremony was held on the 22nd July 2010 organized by The teachers and Staff of SMK Pak Badol. All Principals of Bachok District, representatives of State Education Department and an officer of PPD Bachok were at the ceremony.

1. The ceremony with the Teachers, non academic staff and students was held earlier. Speeches of appreciation and farewell by student and teacher led the ceremony and followed by the melodious recitation of 'syair' by Puan Raja Hafisah, energetic dikir barat performed by En. Jefri and En Azmi accompanied by the student musical group. The session ended by the giving away of tokens of appreciation by students and teachers.

2. Another session started at 11.00 exclusively for my counterparts, education officers and teachers. Speeches of appreciation and farewell were uttered by representatives followed by my profile media show, my final speech as a government officer and the handing over the management and responsibility to the Senior Assistant. I ended the day by clocking out and the procession led me off.

To my disappointment, not even a single leading leaders of the State Education Department was at the scene, but the presence of the entire Principals of Bachok District Secondary Schools persuaded my heart to remain cool. Thanks to everybody, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

GEOMORPHOLOGICAL FINDINGS: THE CONGLOMERATE

The end features of an intensive wave erosion and deposition.
During high tide the cave will be filled with sea water.

An isolated rock.
Have a close look at the different types of rock combine to form the larger one.

Isolated rocks appear during low tide and then disappear during high tide.
On the right is a cliff.
Far in the foreground is the deserted island, Pulau Rhu.

Another interesting feature as a result of an intensive wave erosion, the sea arch.

Location: Bukit Keluang, Besut, Terengganu

The location is an ideal destination for holidays, family gathering, camping, outward bounds and nature lovers . Only an hour by road from Kota Bharu. To stay overnight, a resort is just a stone throw away. As a Geography teacher and interested in Morphology, the presence of an isolated hill with interesting rocks formation and features recall my interest to share.

On that very day, a photography session involving two newly wed couples in special attires struck my idea to have the same too.

On the way back to Kelantan after an academical visit to Sri Aman Secondary Girls School and Seremban Science School via Kuala Pilah, we had a brief stop, few kilometres from the town. An old house erected in 1934, still in upright position captured my sight. Made of 100% product from our lush forest, once owned by a wealthy family. Had been abandoned for decades, recently occupied. Some of us bought smoked fowl and cat fish which were sold nearby.

Location: Tok Bali, Pasir Puteh, Kelantan.
Natural Landscapes: Beach, Sand Ridge, Bay and River mouth.
Main Cultural Landscape: Wave Breaker.
Activities: Picnic, dipping, camping and angling.

Currently it is the sight for sore eyes, litter everywhere, perhaps due to poor management or ignored by the local council or the tenants. Most probably due to senseless holiday makers and visitors. If well managed or the clear mind of appropriate human beings, the site is extremely good to be within sight of the above features.

I couldn't stand the heat so irritating, but a good experience

Yeap! This TV3 annual entertainment programme finds it mark in this state, the weekend of 26th and 27th of March 2010. A remarkable success and the pulling of crowd is overwhelming.

Formerly "sure heboh" was ruled "haram" due to spectators' unruly behavior and uncontrolled situation.

The word "jom' does not appear in Kamus Dewan, I guess it mean 'ayuh/ marilah" or "come on" or let's go?
"Heboh" bermakna 'suasana gempar' atau 'menjadi buah mulut' or a situation in which a lot of confusion or the situation that had being talk publicly. So just think the accurate one!

Apart attracting local crowd, it received a royal touch when the Acting to the throne of Kelantan, YM Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra and his sister YM Tengku Amalin A'aisyah were at the scene. The incumbent YAB Menteri Besar of Kelantan, Tuan Guru Datuk Hj. Nik Ab. Aziz also joined the crowd. He agreed that this programme is beneficial and could be the annual programme if there is no violation of the appropriate enactment or any rules and regulation concerning entertainment imposed.

Well! I found that the programme is remarkable. The promotion and selling of industrial and traditional product was profitable. The involvement of entertainment celebrities and personalities was the main attraction. They, the women entertainers wore 'tudung' some fully bertudung and some only partially but were not allowed to perform during concert.
The question are they sincere? Well let's see, they keep on wearing or took it off after the programme or back in KL.

Will this controlled situation happened or will happen in other states:?
No spectators came on stage to cause immoral act.
The performers were entirely men and no men and women "bersalam"
Separate places for men and women spectators.
